Power Yoga und Pilates im Wohlfühlbereich
Am Dienstag wird statt der regulären Ashtanga Yoga Class ein Yoga Special stattfinden. Ashleigh wird eine »all level« Yoga Stunde unterrichten mit Asanas, die sich einfach nur gut anfühlen. In dieser Class wird sie euch langsam auf »Hanumanasana« (Spagat) vorbereiten. Hierbei geht es nicht darum, daß man bereits in den Spagat kommt, sondern sich langsam, unterstützt durch Bolster und Decken, an ihn »heranwagt«. Wenn du denkst, daß du niemals in den Spagat kommst - ist das vielleicht genau das richtige Special für dich.

Delight in your intrinsic goodness with a lighthearted and playful practice. This mixed level practice will include feel good asanas such as heart openers and will culminate with hanumanasana, the split, to reveal inner courage and to promote an attitude of playfulness in your every day life. This mixed level class will be accessible to all with the support of bolsters and blankets so if you never thought you could do hanumanasana this might be the class for you. Ashleigh will guide you through poses that will take you to the edge, inspiring you to move past fears and to enjoy the infinite possibilities that an improved mind and body connection provide.
Ashleigh, from Maryland, USA, has been teaching yoga to soldiers, their spouses and teenagers since 2008 when she completed a 10 month long yoga teacher training through Seaside Yoga and Om Yoga Studio in North Carolina. As a student of Anusara yoga, Ashleigh devotes her practices to helping her students discover the bliss and innate goodness in every life. In the last year she has had the opportunity to study in workshops with Desiree Rumbaugh, Sianna Sherman and the founder of Anusara Yoga, John Friend. When she is not practicing yoga, you can find her celebrating life in her large vegetable garden, cooking gourmet food or walking her dog.
