Power Yoga und Pilates im Wohlfühlbereich
With the darkening days of winter coming and the cold in the air, it is our tendency to turn inward and invite a more restful state of consciousness to our lives. Through a gentle flow sequence appropriate for all levels you will step into the current of your own breath to begin the process of relaxation indicated by this time of year.
With the prana moving, the class will then practice gentle postures to open the hips, shoulders, back and heart. The class will practice with and without the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets in restorative postures. Having opened the body and moved the prana, the class will then participate in a yoga nidra ( yogic sleep), during which you will experience a guided meditation as you lay comfortably in savasana.
