Am Montagabend wird Twee - eine der bekanntesten Yogalehrerinnen weltweit - bei uns im Wohlfühlbereich eine Prana Flow Yoga Masterclass mit dem Schwerpunkt "Channeling Prana from the Roots Upward" unterrichten.
Der Fokus liegt darauf, mit stehenden Asanas und Vorbeugen ein Verständnis dafür zu entwickelt, für was wir selber im Leben stehen, wohin wir wollen und was die Intention unserer Handlungen auf unserem Lebensweg ist. Twee wird auf englisch unterrichten.
